B.O.L.T. (Books Out Loud Together)

Reading aloud together builds vocabulary, increases comprehension, reduces stress, teaches active listening, strengthens fluency, and improves working memory. Plus, it’s fun!

B.O.L.T. Club members are encouraged but not required to read aloud themselves. They can also choose to just listen actively and colour instead.

Club members will also be the first to see new library books, and have the option to check them out or put them on hold.

Registration is not required., however, participants should have a valid library card with up-to-date contact information to attend.
